How it works

Our process

Four steps, in order. At every point you know where you are, who is handling it, and what it costs before it starts.

Step by step

From your first call to resolved.

Tap a step to see what you do, what we do, and what you walk away with.

Discovery

We

You

Send us the documents for any missing years, like W-2s and 1099s.

We

Prepare and file unfiled returns and correct errors on past ones.

You get

Filings that are up to date, which stops new failure-to-file penalties and is required before most IRS programs.

Resolve it

Resolution

Our Enrolled Agents Priced with your plan
You

Keep up with any agreed payments and new filings.

We

Negotiate the right program, such as a payment plan, an Offer in Compromise or penalty abatement, stop collections, and deal with the IRS for you.

You get

A resolution in place, and guidance on staying compliant so this does not happen again.

Start with step one
Who's on your side

The right person for each step.

You

You make every decision. Nothing moves to the next step, and nothing is charged, until you have seen it and said yes.

Your tax professional

Your first conversation. They learn your situation, explain the options that could fit, and walk you through what Discovery involves.

Your Case Manager

Your point of contact once you're a client. They keep your case moving, collect the documents we need, and keep you updated at every step.

Our Enrolled Agents

Federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. They review your transcripts, build your plan, prepare your filings and negotiate for you.

What changes along the way

Where you start, and where we're headed.

Where most people start

  • Letters from the IRS you don't fully understand
  • Penalties and interest that keep adding up
  • The threat of a levy, lien or wage garnishment
  • No idea what you actually qualify for

Where we're headed together

  • You know exactly what the IRS says you owe, and why
  • Your filings are up to date
  • One plan, with a price you saw before it started
  • We deal with the IRS, so you don't have to

Every situation is different and the IRS has the final say, so we'll always tell you what's realistic for yours.

Before your consultation

What to have ready.

Don't have everything? That's fine. During Discovery we can pull most of your records straight from the IRS.

  1. Any IRS letters or notices you've received, especially the most recent one.
  2. Your most recent tax return, if you have it.
  3. A rough idea of your monthly income and expenses. Estimates are fine.
  4. Your spouse, if they are involved in the tax debt or finances.
Questions

About the process.

See all questions
Will you file my overdue tax returns?

Yes. If needed, we file overdue returns or amend existing ones, which brings you into compliance and protects you from further IRS action.

How much will working with you cost?

The consultation is free. Next is Discovery, our diagnostic, which has a flat fee: an Enrolled Agent pulls your IRS transcripts, reviews them with your income, assets, expenses and life events, and builds your resolution plan. Because every case is different, we price the resolution itself once Discovery is done, and you get that price with your plan before any resolution work starts.

Can you guarantee you'll wipe out my tax debt?

No honest company can, because the IRS has the final say. We can promise to push for the best outcome possible, be straight with you about what's realistic, and never put you in a worse position.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes, completely free, with no financial commitment. It's a chance to discuss your situation and see what you pre-qualify for.

How long does it take?

Usually 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your case. If your spouse is involved, they should join the call too.

What happens after the call?

We outline a plan based on your situation. You decide how to proceed, with our support every step of the way.

Estimate only, not tax advice. Federal tax and penalties at the IRS's standard rates, before credits and state taxes. Unfiled-year tax uses 2025 brackets and assumes W-2 income had taxes withheld. Interest uses the IRS rate of 7% a year (October to December 2026), compounded daily; the rate resets every quarter.
